Grocery Store and Nearby Subway. The location was ideal as it was near a grocery store and a subway station which made it convenient for me during my business trip. The proximity of these two places allowed me to easily grab food and travel to my meetings without worrying about transportation.
Noisy Neighbors and Weak Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, my stay was not entirely pleasant as I found the walls to be quite thin.

The Sylvan Guest House was perfect for my family and me. It's just a short 15-minute walk from Yankee Stadium, making it very convenient for us. The views from the patio were also lovely. Additionally, the hotel is close to the 155th Street metro station, around a 20-minute walk away.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly staff and were given a tour of the facilities. the kitchen was well-equipped and made cooking easy. the location was convenient to many popular attractions and the nearby grocery store was a plus.
There were visible dust and grime in the bathrooms and the floors were not properly vacuumed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a charming guest house in a historical neighborhood. the location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation, including the nearby subway station. the room was clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and all the necessary amenities. the service provided by the owner was exceptional, with a warm welcome and helpful advice about the surrounding area. the guest house also had a lovely outdoor patio, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. it was an affordable and enjoyable stay.
I did notice some noise from the street during the night, which could be a bit disruptive for light sleepers.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The atmosphere here is amazing, and it truly feels like you are living in the neighborhood. The apartment was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing me with all the luxury and comfort I needed. Julio, the staff member, was so friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. One of the things I loved the most was the excellent amenities available, and being less than 100 meters from the subway station made it incredibly easy to explore the entire city.
